The Possible Consequences of Combining Lorazepam and Buprenorphine/Naloxone: A Case Review

Administering a benzodiazepine depressant to patients taking buprenorphine/naloxone can be life-threatening. Unfortunately, many ED health care providers are unaware of this potentially lethal combination.
